Sounds like...: ...TMJ problem, not a tumor. Malocclusion often causative or contributory. Dentist, ENT, Oral Surgeon, Orthodontist can check for visual signs of tumor. If you have malocclusion, you need to see Orthodontist. Any Dental a Professional can fabricate splint to help you feel better.

Sounds like TMJ: No, not always easy to see a throat/tonsil tumor. But your symptoms suggestive of TMJ. If worried about ca, get another ENT exam. Also consider a TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
