My sleep is messed up. wake up at 1pm. bed at 4am. can that be why i'm fatigue & have very little appetite?

Fatigue: Most definitely. Your sleep pattern has probably disrupted your circadian rhythm. I am assuming that you have to maintain the hours that you keep. In a fair number of people, if you continue this sleep pattern for an extended period of time your body will adjust.
