Check overnight bsl : Check your bsl in the middle of the night as sometimes people go hypoglycaemic. If below 4 see a doctor, if normal consult a doctor to look for other causes

Night sweats: Your tiredness is because of lack of sleep Check your sugar levels when you get sweating at night. you could be getting low sugars and the insulin dos may need rectification. This not common with lotus though. You will need to see your GP for examination to rule out other causes of night sweats and in particular they have to make sure you don't have any swollen lymph glans. also a battery of tests
