Sleep apnea?: Your sleep may be disrupted for a variety of reasons. A common one is snoring, or sleep apnea. You must not miss it. Other possible causes could be very simple (noise, too cold or too warm in your bedroom, bedbugs, mosquitoes), common – alcohol or caffeine intake at night; medication disrupting REM sleep; metabolic (high uric acid), some endocrine or immune conditions.
