Recently i've been very tired when i wake up in the mornings. i typically go to bed at 9:30 and am up at 6:15. am i not sleeping long enough?

Sleep apnea: Talk to your doctor about it. If it is a recurring chronic problem you probably have a sleep disturbance. Most commonly sleep apnea in which u involuntarily stop breathing and thus your brain doesn't get enough oxygen/rest.
