Cannot diagnose: Chronic ill-defined fatigue is one of the more frustrating things doctors see since it can be due to multiple factors and often to depression. Without being able to obtain a full history, physical exam and have labs available can only suggest you see a doctor who specializes in this area. At your age: A much more thorough evaluation needs to be completed. There are a myriad of conditions both benign and serious that could be the cause. Anything suggested here is not going to be anywhere near definitive. I would consult a good internist for the evaluation. All the best.
