Well: Are you eating 9 servings of fruits and veggies( not starchy ones like potatoes, corn, rice, peas, etc)! and litimg red meats to 2 servings of 3 1/2 ounces of lean meat a week, drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day? Your exercise really should be 90inutes of all cardio a day for weight loss. Weights will add muscles, ok but wt loss slower.
