Yes but it needs wil: If you set a goal you can achieve it with the will power to do it. You do not need to lose but 5-10 pounds. So cut out something from your food daily(sugars and fats are rich in calories, so leave them out) and you will see your weight coming down slowly. Exercise is great but cutting calories is more effective, .Eat foods with low calories like salads, veggies and fruits to fill up your tummy.
