About

Bio

In my early years as a physician I worked in the Emergency Department of a busy Trauma Center in Dallas. Here I mastered the art of putting out fires. After retiring from the chaos of putting out fires, I moved into the practice of preventing fires. I am Board Certified in Family Medicine. My practice interests are centered in an Integrative philosophy. Integrative Medicine is the practice of healing the mind-body-spirit. Treating the whole person, and empowering self regulating healing mechanisms are my approach.

Specialties
Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.
