I have 5th metatarsa: Are you saying you have pain in the foot after 4 weeks of casting? Please call your doctor, have the cast removed and have the doctor examine your foot and re-take x-rays. To see how the fracture is healing. Hopefully you are not putting any pressure on this foot for this fracture to heal well.
