Foot surgery: It is quite unlikely that the anchor is the cause. Please go and see the foot doctor who did the surgery - it's difficulty to say but you may have crps.

CRPS?: You said "the mild CRPS." Have you been formally diagnosed w/ CRPS? I always use a pain management clinic well versed in the treatment of CRPS. I never treat it myself. And yes, it could be the anchor; an x-ray and physical exam will help. Dr. Latva
