R/O DVT: DVT=Blood Clot would cause unilateral foot pain and swelling. . A Doppler US of the lower extremity will define the anatomy. Other conditions to evaluate are LYMPHEDEMA/RSD(REFLEX SYMPATHETIC DYSTROPHY). /AVN( AVASCULAR necrosis )Also a full clotting W/U. You need a prompt exam and through W/U.
