Stiffness is expected to some extent after a fracture and wearing a boot for 2 months. Physical therapy is usually needed in order to ensure proper recovery of range of motion and strength. That is usually considered at the time of follow up with Ortho team.

I am concerned about the fractures Are any of the fractures through a joint? Was any fixation utilized ? Might be too late because the bones have probably healed to some extent. Early arthritis is a concern I would take follow up X-rays and a CT scan Extensive rehabilitation will be required.
