Stomach ulcers: Treatment depends on the severity of the ulcers and their location. Sometimes a gastroenterologist can perform a procedure called an upper endoscopy and inject or cauterize the ulcer to stop the bleeding. In severe cases, consultation with general surgery may be required.

Hi Doc , my son always experience pain on his stomach with blood test urine and stool are all ok. Can this be an ulcer?
Doctor thinks I have stomach ulcers. I don't smoke, drink, or take NSAIDs. Doc made no mention of H. pylori. Should I suggest blood and breath tests? If it's not H. pylori, what else could cause ulcers or is it another issue? Is excess acid possible?
