hi doc , my son always experience pain on his stomach with blood test urine and stool are all ok. can this be an ulcer?

Stomach pain: If the pain is in the epigastric region, he may have gastritis. Frequent small meals help. Antacid helps.

Yes but...: Most ulcers are caused by a bacterial infection with H Pilori. There is a test for this. Other causes for stomach pain in young people include gastritis, abdominal epilepsy (uncommon) vasculitis (uncommon) porphyria (uncommon). More information is needed.
