Unlikely: Uti are common and are different than genital herpes. To diagnose active herpes, lesions must be observed. If you were never diagnosed with herpes, then this is most likely a uti. If an antibiotic doesn't help, go back to the physician who prescribed it. Hope you feel better soon!

Not herpes: Leukocytes in urine will have nothing to do with herpes. Have the urine sent for a culture likely infection is back or was not completely treated.
