UTI? STD?: Without ymptoms, usually treatment would not be given until additional testing confirmed the diagnosis. Asymptomatic UTIs are not rare, and the diagnosis probably is correct. However, other things can cause similar urinalysis findings, especially STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomnonas) -- and none of these is reliably treated with ciprofloxacin. Check with doc ASAP esp. if at poss. STD risk.

Overcall: Anyone can have a bit of blood. You may have contamination by leukocyte just because you are a woman. Without a positive culture and more confirmation, most of us would not treat.
