Yes: Assuming the specimen was obtained by peeing in a cup, and not with a catheter, it is very common for Leukocytes (white blood or "pus" cells) to be washed into the cup from vaginal secretions. This can happen with or without a vaginal infection. Nitrites result from bacterial metabolism of normal nitrates in the urine, and indicate possibility of urinary infection.
