No easy answer: Do any exercise, preferably aerobic exercise. Reduce the amount of food you eat. You may need to reduce your intake by half. It is not nearly as important as to what foods you eat but how much you eat. Try to eat fresh vegetables, whole grains and low fat milk products, but reduce your intake.

Weight loss: Gradual weight loss is better to keep it off for a long time. Rapid weight loss comes back when you stop the regimen you got there. It is difficult to stick to a regimen that makes you lose that much weight in 2 months. Get into healthy eating habits. Remember u eat 2 live and live 2 eat. Eat lot of high fiber foods like beans/vegetables ; drink lot of water. Regular cardio ; weight lifting helps.
