Likely observe,,: If all this is ok, likely the next step is observation. It can be surgically removed, but if it's all right for now it may not be a good idea to do surgery. If it gets larger, or causes symptoms like hoarseness and difficulty swallowing, then surgery would be indicated, as well as if it stays around a long time without going away. Nothing for now: Benign nodules in thyroid are common. Unless you perceive enlargement, a routine annual physical exam should suffice.
