My thyroid biopsy results shows a benign follicular nodule with colloid, blood and few hurthle cells. should i be concerned with the hurthle cells?

Cautious yes: Hurtle ( Hurthle ) cell neoplasia (HCN ) seen in both in benign adenoma and malignant . In your case is in a benign follicular adenoma , due their erratic behavior most will treat them aggressively by removal . Speak to your doctor.
