Multiple firm nodes persist 5 mnths,1st neck/clavicle last 2 months both armpits,now salivary glands,all less than cm bigger under arms almost cm,wont biopsy as all look normal on scan,bloods/virology ok,mild weight loss,ct 3mm lung nodule,v anxious?

My hunch is that they are normal and you are. a very good feeler of nodes or you are irritating them by feeling them all the time and making them get bigger. Leave them alone for a bit-say 2 months and see.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose more weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
