A member asked:

Increased workouts to 5-7 days a week and have not noticed an increased desire for calorie intake (under 1800 calories/day). should i be worried?

No worries!: Just because you haven't noticed being hungrier doesn't mean you're not getting the benefits of a good workout. Hunger is a fickle thing, and isn't always a good measure of the intensity of your workout.

Not a problem: You are lucky. With increased activity, most people will have a transient period of time where they have a decreased appetitie, but will typically increase their caloric intake over time. As long as you feel fine, you are getting the benefit of burning more calories without taking in more calories.
