Lost 15 lbs with proper diet and a little exercise. not losing any more weight. also, there's hardly any change in body measurements. why is this happening? why am i not losing weight anymore? more importantly, why am i not losing fat?? pls help!

There are far too: many questions here for us to address in 400 characters or less. Recommend that calories burned exceed calories in. Drinking at least 8 8 ounce glasses per day is important for both hydration and weight control. Try to get in whole foods (fiber) as well as 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Physical activity is essential. At least 8 hours of sleep per night helps.
