Many: There are 13 essential vitamins ; 21 essential minerals. Over half of americans don't get adequate a, d, e, folate, (folic acid) calcium ; mag. ; over 1/3 not enough c, b6, zinc ; iron. It's hard to know how much you need- at least the recommended daily intake, but many benefit from much higher amounts. I advise you take a good multivit ; at least 5000 iu of d.
