Vitamins for life: Much of our food is depleted of nutrients, contaminated with pesticides and chemicals or GMO. Proper nutritional support is vital for helping your body function optimally. Excess vitamins can potentially cause problems. Some are stored, others excreted in urine. I take a daily regimen of vitamins and supplements. Consider a consult with your doctor or a functional medicine physician.

Unlikely to OD: It is very unlikely to overdose on vitamins . Only 4 vitamins are fat soluble ADEK, so you could theoretically overdose on those, though is extremely rare. The amount in a multivitamin plus your diet is not enough for to overdose. T he rest are water soluble so you will urinate out any excess. However, studies so far seem to indicated that multivitamins are not necessary if you are eating healthy

NO: Even most who think they eat healthy get suboptimal levels of vitamins. Most Americans are deficient in A,D,E, folate, (folic acid) calcium & magnesium. The only vitamins you can overdose on are A,D,E & B6 & it takes massive doses to OD- FAR more than in any multivitamin. The daily recommended intake is the level to prevent healthy people from having gross deficiency symptoms but not optimal health.See comment:
