Best bet: Is to focus on a regimen that you can most consistent complete. As with any form of exercise, the best form is the one that you are able to regularly incorporate into your weekly routine. Exercise has a cumulative effect up to a limit, such that you get benefits from either regimen. You don't have to get all your daily physical activity all in "one fell swoop!"
