Out of condition: If you just started exercising today, you were probably out of condition and need to gradually increase your time and activity level. If you're concerned about having medical conditions leading to dizziness, please see your doctor for an exam before you continue your exercise program. In most school sports programs a medical clearance is required anyway (your note says you're 18). Good luck.
