It's : It's not going to hurt you, but you are going to be sore to start. The worst thing about starting a new exercise program is going too fast, getting hurt and then having to quit. Try doing exercises that push you like the elliptical or fast walking to some good tunes but be careful about weight training and jogging- things likely to injure a muscle or joint. But good for you being so motivated!

Keep goal in mind: You should only lose one to two pounds weekly at the most - if you're losing more than that, it's too much and you can cut back on the exercise. One aerobic session daily should be enough, especially at your age. Eat healthy and exercise once daily and see where that takes you.
