No: Matter what abilities you lack, there is always a way to be successful. First you must want it for the right reason. It is exciting to you, then you put in effort and certain risk if is sensible. Keep descent grades, perfection don't apply. Set your priorities, commit one step every day, and you are there!

Yes: Study, work for the mcat, have a great resume, and work on interview skills. First of all, be sure, you want to, do it. It is long and hard! but incredibly rewarding to care for patients.
