Exercise & nutrition: Regular exercise will help you tone & gain muscle. Fat weight loss will occur w/healthy nutrition. Just beware that as you gain muscle & lose fat, your total body weight may not change but your clothes will fit differently (hopefully looser in waist) and you'll notice more energy.
