Overweight : At 265 pounds someone is not lean, you may have a lot a muscle mass. Exercises can almost never out due to weight gain to excess calories. I had a 360-pound patient who did cardio for one hour 5 times a day for a year and lost no weight. I believe you need a dietician. Start by recording everything you eat . See your primary care doctor.
