Most likely no!: Increasing muscle mass takes resistance training several hours a day several days a week. I would suggest you do your routing 3 x a week Twice a week exercise makes it harder to adapt and improve and it will seem like it never gets any easier. 3 x weekly is best.

Yes. The weight tr -: aining will certainly cause you becoming muscular. The Cardio and maybe just regular walking/jogging maybe enough for toning up. Good Luck.
