Protein and Carbs.: A protein bar or drink is a good idea with at least 10-20 gms of protein and 20-40 carbs. Depending on your goals and what your stomach can tolerate, you can have higher calories with natural sugars or alcohol sugars that are lower calories but can cause stomach bloating. I would stay with organic or all natural ingredients and limit artificial flavorings and sweeteners.
