Plan your meal: Bring your own food, prepare your meal ahead of time. A peanut butter sandwhich on whole grain bread with or without lettuce is a good meal. Elvis would have added a banana to the peanut butter and there you have a healthy fruit. Bring a healthy fruit every day with you to work.
