34yrs.since 3-4 weeks I have lot of gas in stomach and dryness and foul smelling fart. No weight loss or tiredness. Motion normal. I have ibs but this has never happened before. Does it require Endo/colonoscopy.hot water/cumin seeds give temp relief?

Have severe intestinal pain for 2 years now. Had mre of small bowel and colonoscopy w/biopsies, stool samples. All normal. Doc says ibs. Could this be crohns? I eat bland and still have pain.
