Yes: People with IBS can have increased flatus stools can alternate between constipation and diarrhea and malodorous Bad smelling stools.Foul smelling stools can also be caused by food intolerance and malabsorbed in. See your primary care physician for evaluation and treatment

Doc says ibs. I have had mre small bowel, CT scan with vein contrast, colonoscopy, blood tests. All were normal. What are the chances I have crohns?
