Gas: either you're forming excess gas or have a problem moving the gas along down the intestinal tract. It's probably excess gas which may be due to lactose or gluten intolerance. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals and avoiding gassy foods and beverages help. Try eliminating lactose and then gluten to find out if intolerance is the problem. The fodmap diet is worth trying for IBS relief.
