Not really: If you have a specific proven vitamin deficiency, then take that vitamin. But multivitamins are not helpful, and can be dangerous despite the vitamin industry propaganda. The discussion about "good" or "bad" multivitamins is foolish. Save your money and buy a gym membership. Between multivitamins and exercise, only exercise has a proven medical benefit.
