MVI (multivitamin) Prevention: There is evidence for a modest benefit for cancer prevention from the long-running physicians's health study. When people do experience benefit from a mvi, (multivitamin) it is usually due to the presence of b vitamins. There is better evidence that mood can be improved and the negative effects of stress can be diminished with an adequate daily intake of otherwise safe, water soluble b vitamins.

None: There is no evidence that multivitamins are beneficial to anyone on a regular American diet. There may be some benefit if you are on a strict diet, are pregnant or fighting a chronic disease. If you have a specific lab proven deficiency, then take that one. Otherwise, all the benefits go to the seller. Save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise has a known benefit for your health.
