WHY FATTY FOOD....?: A balanced healthy diet is good for everybody from child to elderly. From 1 to 2 yr. Give vit-d milk, 2-3 sippy cups a day; after 2 years- 2% milk. Other food combinations: fruits- varieties; vegetables- potato, carrot, broccoli, beans, etc; meat (blended / strained) - chicken, beef, etc, egg; some rice, bread, yogurt, pasta, etc.
