Good day my child ( 19 months old ) starter to vomit just after he went toe bed. no he has vomited all his food and now phlegm. what must i do? give him something to stop the vomiting or just give him rehydrate with his water?

Summary: at this time just offering supportive care with oral rehydration and monitoring him to see if symptoms are persisting. treat any fevers with Tylenol. sometimes if the child is vomiting with any oral fluid, wait for the child calm down and see if they will want some pedialyte or other fluids after their nausea subsides. if child appears to be having abdominal pain, this would warrant a medical eval
