5 mos. apart ?: If their their growth curve %iles are normal, don't fret. Offer 1 tbsp. of each food/ year of age at 3 sit-down meals & 2 snacks/day with adult(s) modeling manners & chatter. Don't plead or scold if they don't finish. Limit whole milk to 16 oz./day in open-mouth cups with meals; stop juice & ad-lib use of bottles & sippee cups. Give water for thirst. Are they growing?: If they are growing and gaining weight, they may be getting enough. Perhaps you can put some healthy foods out where they play . Fresh fruits and or vegetables cut up so they can snack on them while playing.
