Lose weight: It's not typically possible to "spot reduce." however, by losing weight, a proportionate amount of that weight will be reduced from the belly. Exercises that strengthen the abdominals will tone these muscles, but will not reduce fat. Burning more calories than you eat will result in this weight loss. Use a formula found online to determine your required amount of daily calories, and eat 500 fewer.

Listen to your body: Alcohol can cause weight gain because the blood sugar becomes unstable. Avoid alcohol, eat 6 equal meals, include 6 servings of vegetables and one apple, breathe and relax, and move through the day. Try pretend jump roping but you don't need to jump. Your arms aer the rope and move in circles. Let the "rope" go under your feet as you move weight from one foot to the other.
