Hard work: Lose fat, build the ab muscles. What needs to happen is that you change your attitude toward eating -- food is fuel, and being hungry much of the day is good for you. Get sufficient quality protein (1 gm/pound/day while you're building muscle is plenty) and micronutrients from a varied diet. Resistance training (cable pulls are one choice out of many) will help more than endless crunches.

Love handles: The short answer is you need to burn off more calories with exercise than the number of calories that you eat. Walking is not enough exercise. You need to get your heart rate up to a target rate for 20-40 minutes a few times a week, and stop eating sweets and carbohydrates. Core exercises for your midsection will tone you and help get rid of the handles and flatten your belly.

Liposuction: To loose belly fat liposuction or sometimes abdominoplasty can make u loose it completely and irreversibly in less than one hour, and this is the fastest way possible. Diet and exercise to can reduce belly fat but only to a certain degree. This takes time and perseverance and is not always successful.

Not selective loss: You cannot preferentially lose fat from one specific area of the body (naturally). However, overall weight loss will contribute to loss over different body areas. Exercise can be used to firm, tone and sculpt.
