Brazilian Butt Lift: The brazilian butt lift removes the fat from you abdomen and waist, and then transfers that fat to the buttock to enlarge it. It's actually a very nice procedure. http://www.dassmd.com/brazilian-butt-lift/index.html.

One program that: Exercises your abdominal muscles. You lose fat by losing weight (3500 calories to the pound) but it is difficult to tell your body when to pull the fat from. Abdominal exercise can improve the muscles in your abdomen below the fat, and improve your physique. If you are overweight, you often are Insulin resistant, and the weight is stored in your abdomen. Spot fat loss does: not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some may be abdominal fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy & be physically active. Calories burned must > those consumed. Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge & “bicycling” exercise on back. Do regular aerobic exercise.

Love handles: The short answer is you need to burn off more calories with exercise than the number of calories that you eat. Walking is not enough exercise. You need to get your heart rate up to a target rate for 20-40 minutes a few times a week, and stop eating sweets and carbohydrates. Core exercises for your midsection will tone you and help get rid of the handles and flatten your belly.

Up tp you.: Depends on your current body status (how overweight you may be). Lots of cardio: it is very difficult to see abs in anyone that is more than ~8% body fat. Cardio will lower your overall body fat percentage. Abdominal exercises to strengthen and bulk up your muscles. Don';t forget to hit your upper abs(leg raises) and obliques.
