Limit portions: Be aware of how much you're eating. Use your hands: at each meal eat 2 handfuls of grains, 2 handfuls of fruit and vegetables and 1 palm-size protein serving. Eat healthy snacks. Eat healthy starting now for the rest of your life and as an example for your child. Going on a diet won't help in the long run. Use your baby to help you exercise. Go for a walk with your baby in a carrier or stroller.
