See a doctor: My recommendation is that you see a dentist or an oral surgeon. Infected wisdom teeth should not be taken lightly. Once you are under their care a treatment plan will be presented as well as medications. Good luck.

Extraction: Usually the adult dose is 500mg of pen vk 4 times a day for 7-10 days. But it sounds like the best solution is extraction of the offending tooth.

Meds not the answer: If your wisdom teeth are a problem. Have them taken out. Antibiotics are not the answer. They are only a short term, stopgap measure. As soon as you are off the antibiotics the infection will return. See an oral surgeon and stop messing around with this problem before they blow up and really cause you pain.
