How do i get my sleeping schuedule back to normal after daylight savings time changes?

Don't worry: Your body will adjust naturally to the change. It sometimes may take a week or so but generally not longer than that. If you are still having sleep problems, see your doctor. There are a lot of ways to help your sleep without having to take medications.
