Sometimes i wake up with numb lips and chin, like its fallen asleep. usually my arm is also numb on that side. as soon as i change position i get pins and needles and then the feeling goes back to normal. what is this from? is this normal?

Numbness: Numbness of lips and chin and arm. Chin is the C2 dermatome and the C4,5,6 go to your arm. The dermatomes correspond to where your cervical nerve roots exit your spine. Some type of primary neck problem may explain your symptoms.
